Welcome to Say Reiki — my name is Sayra.
Becoming a Reiki Master changed and healed my life. Through my transformation I found a channel and desire to help others heal and to transform their lives.
I am an Energy Healer. The beautiful thing about healing energy is that it starts at your core. Shifting it really – so that desired change can begin. It works from the inside – out.
As your energy shifts–you begin to transform.
Shining Your Light
As you Shine – Brighter & Brighter – Shifting and Healing
You Remember – that Beautiful Light is – Your True State.
Reiki roughly translates to Universal/Vital Energy. As a certified Usui Reiki Master with a specialty certificate in Distance Energy Healing — I have learned and been attuned to activate and send Reiki (Universal/Vital Energy) to promote healing. As a Reiki Master I recognize I am only a channel and witness of Reiki. I channel the Vital Life Force Energy to Your Energy so that you can heal & remember Your Own Power.
Everything is Energy. We Are Energy. We Are All Connected.
Reiki is a connection to Life Force Energy – Near or Far –
Energy transcends Time & Space.
Reiki shifts blocked energy so that any traumas – large or small – can begin to move. Trauma is any emotion or situation that causes a blockage in your Energy that keeps you from living as your True Self. When this stuck energy shifts and is then able to release and becomes neutral, back into the light – you are able to: – Shift – Let Go – Heal.
Freeing blockages allows Chakras to align and spin freely benefiting both the body and spirit — Allowing natural healing and well-being to begin.
